Ingredients

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes); reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until the garlic turns golden and fragrant.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing well to coat each strand in the flavorful oil. Gradually stir in the reserved pasta water to form a light, cohesive sauce.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt. Serve immediately, optionally topping with Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
Notes
