Ingredients
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust for spice preference)
• 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
- Finely chop the chipotle peppers and add them along with the minced garlic.
- Stir in the lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Taste the sauce; if you prefer it sweeter or spicier, add honey or an extra chipotle pepper.
- Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
