- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Optional: drizzle of honey, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Place a piece of Brie cheese on each square.
- Add a small dollop of jam on top of the cheese.
