Description

Ingredients

  • * 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • * 1 pound lean ground beef
  • * 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • * 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • * 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • * 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • * Shredded lettuce (optional)
  • * Diced dill pickles (optional)
  • * Chopped white onion (optional)
  • * Sesame seeds (optional)
  • * Large lettuce leaves (optional, for low-carb wraps)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2. Prepare the Beef Filling: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease. Return beef to skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
  3. 3. Assemble the Wraps: Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Add beef filling down the center. Top with desired toppings (lettuce, pickles, onions, sesame seeds).
  4. 4. Fold the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then fold the bottom edge up and over the filling. Continue rolling to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Notes

 Make the Big Mac sauce and cook the beef filling ahead of time for quicker assembly. For gluten-free wraps, use gluten-free tortillas or lettuce leaves.
